Central AC Installation in Dubai, Done Right the First Time
In Dubai your air conditioner works hard for eight or nine months a year. When you're putting a central system into a villa, townhouse or office, the installation decides how well that unit runs for the next decade — not the badge on the box.
At Fix On Click we size the unit to your space, seal every duct joint and pressure-test the refrigerant lines before we leave site. You get even cooling in every room, and a system that doesn't quietly punish your DEWA bill.

Why a Central System Beats Five Split Units
A ducted central system cools the whole property from one hidden network. Instead of a box and an outdoor unit for every room, you get a single outdoor condenser, slim ceiling grilles, and one temperature that actually stays steady from the majlis to the bedrooms.
It also handles what split units struggle with in the UAE: humidity. Properly ducted systems pull moisture out of the air continuously, which is why a well-installed central setup feels cooler at 24°C than a split set to 21°C. The unit runs quieter too — most owners forget it's on.
8 Problems We Find in Systems
Installed by the Wrong Hands
A lot of our repair work starts the same way: someone installed the system cheap, and the owner is paying for it every month. These are the failures we see most often — and every one of them comes down to the install, not the machine.
Live high-voltage wiring
Central condensers run on circuits that can kill. Loose terminations and undersized cabling are the first things we check on any second-opinion visit.
Refrigerant leaks at joints
Flare joints done without a torque wrench weep gas slowly. The unit loses capacity month by month until the compressor overheats.
Leaky, cramped ductwork
Ducts taped instead of sealed, or squeezed through tight ceiling voids, bleed cooled air into the roof space before it ever reaches your rooms.
Short-cycling compressors
An oversized unit blasts cold air, switches off, switches straight back on. That on-off hammering wears the compressor out years early.
Hot bedrooms, freezing halls
Badly balanced dampers send all the cold air to the living room and none to the back of the house. The fix is balancing, not a bigger unit.
DEWA bills that keep climbing
A system fighting restricted airflow or low refrigerant draws more power for less cooling. Owners blame the tariff; the real culprit is the install.
Approval and permit headaches
Chiller and condenser work in many Dubai communities needs DM or developer approval. Unapproved installs get red-tagged when the community inspects.
Warranty refused at claim time
Manufacturers ask for the installer's licence and commissioning report. DIY or unlicensed work voids the compressor warranty on the spot.
The Sizing Maths Matters More Than the Brand
Two identical units can produce wildly different bills depending on how they were sized and connected. Before we quote anything, we measure the property: window direction, ceiling height, insulation, glass area, how many people use each room. That load figure decides the tonnage — not a guess, and not whatever unit is in the van.
From there it's airflow. We design the duct runs, size the grilles, set the refrigerant charge by pressure gauge rather than "until it feels cold", and commission the thermostat properly. It's slower than a same-day hookup. It's also why our installs don't come back as callbacks.
Load calculation before any quote
Room-by-room heat gain measured on site, so the unit matches the building — not the other way round.
Zoning and smart thermostat setup
Occupied rooms cool first; empty ones don't. We set up zoning and programme the thermostat around your actual daily routine.
You can reach us after the job
The same team that installed your system handles its servicing. No call centres, no runaround — you get our direct line.
A proper install protects resale value
Surveyors and buyers in Dubai ask for AC service history. A documented professional installation is a selling point, not a question mark.
How a Fix On Click Install
Actually Runs, Step by Step
No mystery, no vanishing acts. Here's exactly what happens from your first call to the day we hand you the commissioning report.
Site survey & load check
We walk the property, measure each room, check insulation and existing ducts, and note where the outdoor unit can sit.
Quote, permits & scheduling
You get a written, itemised quote. We handle community or DM approvals where needed and agree dates that suit you.
Ductwork & indoor unit
Supply and return ducts go in sealed — mastic and foil tape, never bare duct tape. Air handler mounted, drains connected and tested.
Condenser & refrigerant lines
Outdoor unit set on a level pad, pipework insulated against the Dubai sun, refrigerant charged to factory spec by gauges.
Commissioning & handover
We balance airflow room by room, run the system through a full cycle, and walk you through the filter schedule and warranty papers.
Central AC Installation & Repair Rates
These are honest starting figures, not bait prices. The final number depends on tonnage, pipe runs and access — and we confirm it in writing after seeing the site, never midway through the job.
Fixed quote after survey — the price we write is the price you pay.

One Team for Villas, Offices
and Everything in Between
No two buildings cool the same way. A two-bedroom apartment in JLT and a five-bedroom villa in Arabian Ranches need completely different duct layouts, tonnage and airflow design. That's why we never pull a standard plan off the shelf — every job starts with a site survey and a load calculation specific to that property.
Homes: most of our residential work is villas and townhouses — new installs, full replacements of tired systems, and upgrades from multiple split units to one ducted setup. We plan the work around your household: dust sheets down, quiet hours respected, and every night's sleep uninterrupted.
Businesses: for offices, clinics, retail units and showrooms we schedule work outside trading hours where possible, keep the site safe and signposted, and hand over documentation your facilities team or landlord will actually ask for later.

6 Reasons Dubai Owners Call Us — and Call Back
Most of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals. Here's what they tell us made the difference.
Technicians who install, not guess
Our crew has fitted central systems across Dubai's communities for years. They've seen what this climate does to bad installs — and they don't repeat those mistakes.
Sized to your building
Every quote starts with a room-by-room load check. You pay for the unit your property needs — not the one a salesman needs to clear from stock.
Written quotes, no moving goalposts
The number in the written quote is the number on the invoice. If we find something unexpected on site, we stop and tell you before it costs you anything.
We show up when we said we would
Confirmed arrival windows, a call if traffic changes anything, and a clean site at the end of each day. In this trade, that alone puts us ahead.
Safety and paperwork done properly
Licensed electrical work, correct refrigerant handling, and the commissioning documents your warranty and community approvals depend on.
Set up to run cheap
Zoning, smart thermostats and a correctly charged system mean the unit does its job without running all night. Your DEWA bill feels the difference.

Questions Dubai Owners Ask Us
Before a Central AC Install
Straight answers, the same ones we give on the phone.
Can't any handyman install a central AC?
A central system sits on your building's structure: high-voltage supply, pressurized refrigerant lines and a duct network that has to be balanced. A handyman can hang a split unit; a central install needs someone who will calculate the load, size the ducts and commission the system with gauges. Most of the expensive repair jobs we fix started as cheap installs.
How do you decide what size unit I need?
We measure room by room: floor area, ceiling height, window sizes and which way they face, insulation quality and how many people use the space. That gives us a cooling load in tons. Bigger isn't better — an oversized unit short-cycles and dies early; an undersized one runs non-stop and never quite cools.
Will a bad installation really raise my DEWA bill?
Yes, noticeably. Leaky ducts, a low refrigerant charge or restricted airflow all force the compressor to work harder for the same cooling. Owners sometimes see hundreds of dirhams a month in wasted consumption, and the fix is almost always in the installation — not the tariff.
Do I need approval from my community or Dubai Municipality?
Often, yes. Master communities like Emaar and Nakheel require approval for external units, and some work needs a Dubai Municipality permit. We handle the paperwork as part of the job — tell us your community and we'll tell you exactly what's needed before we start.
Does a professional installation matter when I sell the property?
Buyers and surveyors in Dubai ask for AC service history. A documented installation with commissioning reports and a maintenance record makes the property easier to sell and easier to defend on price — an undocumented system raises questions every time.

The Brand Won't Save a Bad Install. The Installer Will.
We've replaced plenty of expensive units that failed early because of how they were fitted, and we've seen modest units run for fifteen years because they were installed properly and serviced on time. The difference is rarely the box.
Call us for a survey. We'll measure the property, tell you honestly what size system it needs, and give you a written quote you can compare against anyone else — no pressure, no follow-up barrage.
